Algorithmic Text (2014-2015)

I use algorithms to manipulate prose into a space of textual illegibility yet poignant resonance. I’m interested in the moments of silence and repetitive sounds that emerge through the use of the algorithms. The literal meaning is deconstructed and poetic groupings emerge that reverberate on a visceral and emotional level. Levels that spoken and written language often are unable to access or adequately describe.
